This is the only course of its kind, offering in-depth training in Original Hot 26, Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga methods - all in one program! This empowers new teachers with a variety of options to cater to different students’ needs and abilities. We will focus on hot yoga, but all techniques are cross trained to teach non-hot classes. SCHEDULE Practice is an integral part of the programme, where techniques are learned, skills sharpened and the fire of transformation fuelled. The commitment to practice with the same group at the same time every day stokes the coals for change by providing the perfect catalyst to help break old habits and set a foundation for a new you. Morning practice is for experiential learning and evening practice allows practical refinement of topics covered in lecture. DAILY SCHEDULE 8:00am – 9:30am Morning Practice 9:30am – 10:00am Break 10:00am – 1:00pm Lecture A 1:00pm – 2:00pm Break 2:00pm – 5:00pm Lecture B 5:00pm – 6:00pm Evening Practice Monday - Saturday 8am - 6pm daily Sunday 8am – 1pm (Last Sunday is full day 8am – 6pm, with an optional group dinner)
Applicants must: - Have a minimum of 1 year of yoga practice, with 6 months consistent hot practice. - Have passion to learn and personally explore the deeper dimensions of yoga. - Be free of major injuries going into the programme (students with minor but recurring injuries must inform the teacher of their conditions). - Be fully committed to 100% attendance. - Be willing and able to forego most of their personal and professional commitments for the duration of the course.
CANCELLATION POLICY All deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellation received 60 days prior to course incurs a fee of $250. Any cancellation received 30 days prior to course will result in forfeit of the full tuition fee.
