Grace conducts yoga classes for all levels. She has designed 3 programs:

* Vinyasa Yoga ?♂️-- Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic form of yoga practice. The practice links yoga poses together in a flowing sequence. The transition between poses makes the practice more challenging but also more interesting. From time to time, the class will also introduce some arm balances poses into the practice. The class is usually conducted under natural air.

* Yogalates -- 1 hour of Hatha yoga practice followed by 30 min pilates training. The program is designed to help practitioners to strengthen their bodies for more advanced practice.
FRI 7.30-9.00 PM at Joo Chiat CC
The classes are on-going. All classes are on a fixed term basis. 10 classes in each term.

Passion card members get an additional 10% if registered online before the term starts.
Grace will always provide step-by-step instructions to enable meditative practice. Other than regular practice, Grace will also give in-depth discussions about proper alignment for each pose. The goal is to build mental and physical strength and improve flexibility while decluttering the mind. Practitioners will come out of the class feeling more energised and having more clarity in mind.
Program schedule
* Hatha Yoga -- 60 min * Vinyasa Yoga -- 60 min * Yogalates -- 90 min Grace will always start the class with a few minutes of meditation to calm the mind and still the senses. She usually uses various forms of Sun Salutation for warmup. The class will include seated, standing, balancing and reclined poses. Breathing practice may also be introduced in the program. The class always ends with a few minutes of shavasana / rest to recuperate the mind and the body.
Pre-requisites
Hatha Yoga & Yogalates -- All ages, all genders and all levels welcome Vinyasa Yoga -- While the participants are expected to have a basic understanding of yoga poses (be familiar with sun salutation, chaturanga, warrior 1, 2 & 3), all that is required is to have a curious and open mind to learn, explore and have fun. *MUST BRING YOUR OWN MAT AND YOGA BLOCKS*

Participants MUST pay full price even if they join mid-term. No partial payment or refund for late registration or forfeited classes. No make-up classes will be provided for any missed classes
