Grace will always provide step-by-step instructions to enable meditative practice. Other than regular practice, Grace will also give in-depth discussions about proper alignment for each pose. The goal is to build mental and physical strength and improve flexibility while decluttering the mind. Practitioners will come out of the class feeling more energised and having more clarity in mind.
* Hatha Yoga -- 60 min * Vinyasa Yoga -- 60 min * Yogalates -- 90 min Grace will always start the class with a few minutes of meditation to calm the mind and still the senses. She usually uses various forms of Sun Salutation for warmup. The class will include seated, standing, balancing and reclined poses. Breathing practice may also be introduced in the program. The class always ends with a few minutes of shavasana / rest to recuperate the mind and the body.
Hatha Yoga & Yogalates -- All ages, all genders and all levels welcome Vinyasa Yoga -- While the participants are expected to have a basic understanding of yoga poses (be familiar with sun salutation, chaturanga, warrior 1, 2 & 3), all that is required is to have a curious and open mind to learn, explore and have fun. *MUST BRING YOUR OWN MAT AND YOGA BLOCKS*
