It is a monthly programme that helps you get stronger by practising yoga and exercising daily at the ease of your own home. There are 10 classes a week, Monday through Friday.
6 yoga classes (Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga 1 & 2, Yin and Yang) and 4 barre classes.
Classes are conducted in English using Zoom.
There are variation of yoga classes: Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga 1 & 2, Yin Yang Barre classes: You will need a pair of light hand weights (0.5kg to 1kg), a resistance band, a small pilates ball, a yoga mat and a pair of socks. The class is a lot of fun that incorporates ballet movements, pilates and yoga to strengthen your body and build flexibility. It is a nice way to complement your yoga classes. All classes will be recorded for you to do at your own time if you should miss a class. $10 a class if you choose to do a class on ad hoc basis instead of joining for the month.

There are 10 classes a week, Monday through Friday, running from 9.30am to 8pm. 6 yoga classes and 4 barre classes. Pls see attached pic for details.
