5K: This is a 5K (+/-) your way, so don’t sweat it. Or do. Run or walk, prance or skip, stroll or strut—we don’t mind, just make it to the finish line.

YOGA: 75 minutes of yoga fueled by a DJ? That's how we flow. Whether it's your first or 500th time on your mat, you'll find your rhythm.

MEDITATION: Get your sit together. Our 25-minute guided meditation will clear your mind, relax your body, and complete the mindful triathlon.

Check In, Drop Your Bag & Grab Coffee

Arrive early to sign in, get your bib and drop your bag, set up your yoga mat, and head to the 5K starting line.

11:00AM - 11:15AM

11:20AM - 12:20PM

5K Run (or walk): Triathlon Part 1

Start with a dynamic warm-up ! This is a 5K (+/-) your way, so don’t sweat it. Take the first step of the mindful triathlon.

12:30PM - 1:45PM

Yoga: Triathlon Part 2

Hop on your mat for a DJ-powered yoga flow class led by top instructors. Warning: dance parties may form.

1:45PM - 2:15PM

Meditation: Triathlon Part 3

Complete the mindful triathlon with 30 minutes of soul reviving meditation led by world renowned spiritual leaders.

2:30PM - 3:00PM (WORKSHOP 1) - 3:10PM - 3:40PM (WORKSHOP 2) - 3:50PM - 4:20PM (WORKSHOP 3)
