This training will include full practices, lectures and Q&A periods. 

  • Detailed asana alignment workshops
  • Therapeutic applications for asana 
  • Physical adjustments for teachers and students
  • Detailed training for optimal use of yoga props
  • Inversions, alignment, study
  • Basic functional anatomy training
  • Discussion and lecture on the importance of having a home yoga practice
  • Asana sequence planning for home yoga practice
  • Preparatory pranayama exercises for the rib cage and the lungs
  • Pranayama practice: Ujjaii I, Ujjaii II, Viloma
  • Daily guided Yoga Nidra practice

Program schedule

- 6 hours per days, 24 hours in total:

9:00am to 12:00pm & 2:00pm to 5:00pm (31 Oct to 2 November)

10:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm (3 November)


Cancel and refund policy

  • Payment must be made 48 hours after registration, otherwise Pure Yoga reserves the right to release your mat to the next registrant waiting-in-line.
  • No refund or credit will be given for cancellation starting 6 October 2019.
  • All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.
  • Pure Yoga reserves the right to cancel the training as it sees fit, without any compensation made to the registrant other than refund of payment.
