Are you ready to be a yoga teacher and open your self to help more people be part of the yoga community? Join the inspirational YogaUnion team, Senior & head teacher Ourania Bouzouki along with Spyros & Sarah in this skill-enhancing yoga teacher training to not only deepen yoga’s knowledge and practice but also promote a healthier lifestyle through yourself, for your self and your students. You will practice and be guided through various yoga asanas, pranayama, take part in enlightening workshops, and meet like-minded fellows who have same passion and love yoga.

During this self development trip in Bali, you will stay in a cozy comfortable and traditional eco-friendly accommodation and enjoy daily healthy meals as everything we eat is based on the principles of vegetarianism, Ayurveda, and macrobiotics.

22 nights’ accommodation
This is a Yoga Alliance Professionals Registered 200-hour yoga teacher training program. Students who participate should have 1-2 years of practical experience in yoga. The total hours offered will be a minimum of 200 hours consisting of atleast 180 contact hours. Worldwide acknowledged senior teacher (SYT) Ourania Bouzouki will teach 70% of the hours. These will include:
Analysis of atleast 80 postures and more advanced postures including arm balances, backbends, and inversions.
Modifications and advanced variations of all postures.
How to use yoga props like blocks-bolsters-straps-blankets, using walls in your yoga practice, and rope headstands.
Observation, feedback and guidance on your personal practice by teachers every day immediately after the asana class
Daily hands-on-adjustments are given to students by expert teachers to deepen your physical practice.
The teachers will always be present in your practice, observing and guiding you through all the necessary corrections, adjustments, variations and improvements. Once a week, there will also be posture clinic lessons to make sure that you practice with the correct technique and alignment. When you graduate from the course, appart from everything else you will have advanced your practice to a much higher level and will be able to apply all the newfound theoretical knowledge, in your own practice.

Cancel and refund policy
The deposit is fully refundable 90 days prior to the teacher training course starting date. After that we offer the option of the deposit to be carried over to any of our future yttc’s.
Once the course starts and the full payment is made no refunds will be available. In cases of extreme circumstances, you may email us in firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to help any way we can.
Extensions for students who are unable to complete the requirements of this course will not be given, however we can offer re-sittings in any of our future ttc’s or with skype.
